What Are You Making/Having For Dinner Today?

I'll start...

Boneless Skinless Chicken with Green Beans and Slivered Almonds
A side of steamed spinach with olive oil and lime pepper seasoning

For a little snack later to keep me from getting hungry, I will have a bit of "SLUDGE" that I just made myself for the first time...

Left over veggie pizza. As in 1 slice, seeing as I can no longer afford food.

I hope you're exaggerating!

Veggie Pizza is good, but I can't have that kind of food for a while, at least for a couple months.

I'm about to steam up some littleneck clams...love clams!

Re: What Are You Making/Having For Dinner Today?

Penne pasta with a gorgonzola cream sauce, stir fry tofu, steamed peas and carrots, and mandarin orange slices (for dessert).

Our dining halls are fucking awesome.

Allow me to be the first (and last) to do this for right now I do not know what I will eat later:

Food.

Not really. I have a 6 pint of milk to get me through this week, other than that, I'm relying on friends to give me stuff haha.

I'm supposed to be on high carb food at the moment so I basically get to eat junk all the time..it's odd though, after eating so much shit, it's weird how much you crave healthy food.

You should round up enough money to get some pancake mix then.
A box of pancake mix can last a while.

I still eat carbs, but mostly from veggies. Once a week if I want to treat myself to something like pancakes, or even better, chocolate chip pancakes, I can, just as long as it's a very light portion size like no more than one or two pancakes for instance. Any sugar I consume, I try to make sure it contains natural sugar like from blueberries, and I only eat/drink that immediately after my workout.

I'm thinking of treating myself to a lean steak and some sushi for dinner tonight...

In order for me to accomplish my goals, I only eat red meat once every couple weeks now.
I normally don't eat sushi that often, because the rice in sushi rolls contains the carbs that I need to avoid. Once in a while, eating this stuff isn't going to kill me, so that's why it's a treat.

Oh okay, that makes sense, I was just thinking most people let themselves go around that time & start up the whole diet thing in January..Good luck with it anyways, I shouldn't think you'll have any problems anyway, you seem pretty determined & focused. Just don't go OTT with it all!

Thanks! Yeah, I notice every year the gym I go to gets really busy starting the first week of January, and then tapers off by March. People and their stupid New Year resolutions...what a bunch of lambs!

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous. I don't know who they think their kidding. Gyms must make so much money at the beginning of the new year.

Hey kids... let's move it to PMs okay?

Haha, I'm just kidding.

Speaking of gyms, I don't go to one. I don't really see myself going to one any time soon either.

I have been doing a bit of the old calisthenics for the last five days. I won't say any numbers because they are low. What can I tell ya? I'm too fat to do too many sit-ups, crunches, or squats right now.

Oh, and to be a bit more on-topic, I am going to have a chicken sandwich.

Well, if you need help with weight loss, first you got to want it. And even before that, you have to want to want it. Until then, people won't go out of their way to help you, and why should they? (rhetorical)
Once you get to that point though, you can lose the weight.

Still thinking about a lean steak and sushi for dinner tonight
