i work in the on-trade and customers don't get much more annoying than that, mainly because they're drunk most of the time when they start acting up.

If they annoy you tell them to get the fuck out and there isn't a damn thing they can do about it don't even need to give them a reason, and if they try anything then you can have them arrested/thrown out/barred, or if they go for you first, crack their skull off the pavement as you chuck them out the door. It's great.

Having said that, the flip side is tremendous fun too!
