^If your car was larger I'd say you could drive down here then I would drive the 28 hours to Colorado. If'n you can all sleep that long and/or don't mind me playing the metal really loud.

I think with enough liquid courage in the guys i may be able persuade david and his friends to go to a club, but we shall see. It might be too cold for me to even want to travel to numerous places in one night.

the only way i would get to go to the CO one or wherever it is, is if i go with someone. I'm not what you call a road tripper, i hate driving long distances, i prefer to sleep the entire way if i can. The whole trip to TN i slept, there and back again...

So going. Nothing could stop me from going to Colorado if I have a reason to go. I've got a lot of friends out that way.
I didn't read all eleven pages of the thread, but...I have somewhere to stay (Longmont/Boulder FTW, yay) and I'd like to note that if it happens around June/July, it could be planned to correlate with Planet of the Drums, which is a massive annual rave at Red Rocks. (And if it happens at the end of March there's Caffiene, and September there's Skylab...)
Not that I've ever been there. *cough* I just, yanno. Lived there for three years.

ALSO:
A house-girl is a girl who cooks, cleans, turns tricks, etc. in exchange for room and board.
Though I will likely be able to afford to carry myself to the convention this year.

Last time I was at Red Rocks was for the Tool concert. I forget when it was. That just reminded me of the 2004 Incubus show that I missed because I left to go live in Illinois almost a month before. *kicks self in the ass*

I had actually gotten to the KAO campsite a couple of hours before you guys did, and made sure that I "emptied" out the camper across from us. I almost blew my cover when you guys said you were almost there and I had to vacate the premises til you all left for the mall. Good thing I got everyone's phone number so could keep in touch and find ut where you were. Mwahaha.

Don't know if they're doing PotD this year; but it was up and running for the past five years or so. More likely it will be replaced by Global, which is what they did last year.
I've never actually been to PotD. I've done Caffiene, Skylab, the Elements...but not PotD or Global. It will likely be a massive thrown by Triaddragons. They do most of the massives in the Denver area.

i don't think it's going to happen. if there's going to be a "convention", i imagine it to be semi-last minute like before, when everyone's free and can scrape up some money.
since most of us are under 30, i don't think many of us have lots of money to just travel the country.
but scraping up money is fun. and yea. we could do the doll. just hope it doesn't pass out.
