What's up folks, for anyone into GOOD music... i know it's short notice but tonite beck is on letterman
Make sure to check out the TOUR section of beck.com for all the latest Tour info. Beck will be touring Australia, Japan, Europe, and the UK in the coming months. http://www.beck.com/tour As a warm-up for this last weekends SNL gig, Beck and friends did a secret show at Maxwell's in Hoboken on Friday, February 14th. Joining him was Joey Waronker on drums, Greg Kurstin on keys, JMJ on bass, and Jason Falkner on guitar. We announced the secret show only through this mailing list to people in New York and surrounding states, so if you haven't already, make sure you add your location information to our email database so you too can get in on the next possible Beck event in your town. http://www.beck.com/email Finally, Beck will appear on CBS's "The Late Show with David Letterman" TONIGHT, Monday, February 17th. Check local listings for times. Other guests include Dr. Phil. No word yet if he's sitting in with the band. |

You're right, beck is just incredible... I saw him when he came to Indiana on his latest tour with the Flaming Lips. Well the lips werent too great just cuz the lead singer was faking playing a guitar that wasnt plugged in, kinda disappointing. but beck whipped out some great songs esp. playing mellowgold and odelay stuff. it was insanely incredible. check him out if he comes around or download some stuff.

he came to indy at the murat theater on october 22nd. i think i was the only person in the theater who wasnt high or drunk... heh but it was a great concert. he started out acoustic and it was hilarious cuz he did a medley and used the word MODULATION every time he had to transition songs, i guess u had to be there to think it was funny haha cuz i realize that isnt really as funny as i found it. lord only knows, devil's haircut, where it's at, jackass, all done with the lips as backup. insane
