I just saw that The Farmacy in Hollywood offers a spray of some sort, could be sativex, but I haven't tried it yet. Anyone tried this stuff to see if it works yet? I can't blow my money on the shit unless it gets me high...

Now if only Florida would update its medieval zero tolerance laws...Part of a marijuana possession charge's penalties include one year of mental health counseling which in itself includes TWO visits per week to AA or NA meetings. Failure to attend these weekly sessions (at 15 bux per visit), or the AA or NA meetings constitutes a violation of probation which means instant arrest and jail time for the balance of the probationary period. Also, a mere possession charge includes a MANDATORY 6 month suspension of the violator's driver's liscense.

The first reason that comes to mind is all the money made from it being illegal.

sativex is a wrong move imo. They are trying to patent the medicinal properties of a PLANT which the pharmacutical companies would love, but doesnt help people really.

If every smoker had the courage to grow, there would be no stopping us. The black market would die (some huge cartel percentage is pot) and the pharmacutical industry would suffer. IMO 25% of prescriptions could be replaced by weed.

Come on, Spudnuts! The dude actually has a point. If everyone... and I mean EVERYONE started using and growing, openly smoking wherever we want to, whenever...growing... everywhere, sticking seeds in parks, buying a dozen 5 gallon buckets and the soil to fill them along with enough supplements and fertilizers to blast an avocado tree to the moon, or setting up huge hydro setups in their fucking garage, flyovers show every goddamned yard in every American city or town has a pot garden... I mean literally fucking bulldozing over the justice system's ability to keep up, then yeah, we'd see some serious change. I mean jesus, when the stores and shops and fast food places and Government offices start to shut down because everyone who works there is IN FUCKING JAIL.... I mean FFS! What would the Feds do then? Set up martial law and use US troops to man your neighborhood McDonald's? Or, how about this? The last guy qualified to operate the crane that dumps the coal on the boiler feed conveyer at the power station is now in custody. Ahem... won't take long for the CITY TO BLACKOUT!! All for a couple of ounces of dried flowers?
