Jugband, were you able to work out that torrent issue? If not, I'm wondering if it might be a problem with the trackers. Removing the wrong one can cause an ISP warning.

I'm using Peer Guardian 2 on Vista without any problems. Could the problem be in configuration? Bandwidth set to unlimited, or more than a few simultaneous downloads could send up a red flag.
