Morning After pill - is Hillary playing politics, or getting the FDA off it's ass?

The FDA voted to approve the morning after pill for over-the-counter use in 2004, but hasn't approved it yet, WTF? Even after a 22-4 vote.

The FDA is trying to name a new chief, but Hillary Clinton is blocking the nomination over the morning after pill.

I can't figure this one out? My initial feeling was that Hillary was once again being a bitch and doing this for her own political gain. That may me true, but those old white men at the FDA are refusing to release a drug that they themselves approved - it is hard not to think that it's because their boss George 43 is against it.

I know Hillary is not a Dr. or a Scientist, but the FDA panel that approved the drug is a bunch of Dr.'s and scientists.

It's a perfect example of what has gone wrong with the American system. Sure Hillary is stumping for her presidential bid, but George 43 is dismissing the vote of a panel of Dr.'s simply because he is pro-life. I thought George 43 was leader of the free world, but he is just a puppet of the christian right. And Hillary is a slave to her own political aspirations, not a voice for the people. Fuck you guys, all of you.
