I do have my lists for each city but, the Reichstag and Austrian parliament my top choices

I've never been in Munich but there are quite a few interesting sights in Berlin and Vienna. How long do you stay? What's your main interest? The good thing about Vienna and Berlin is that you can reach most must-see destinations using the subway or commuter trains.
