Last night's game

Did you guys see that comeback with the Yankees in 8th during the game vs minesotta last night? :biggrin: 5-1 at the 8th and then bam - a 3 run homerun and another run making the Yankees tied 5-5. The game goes to the 11th inning and the Yankees win with A-rod stealing home!
What a game! Now they're in the Playoffs for sure.
GO NEW YORK!

I really need the Yankees to win the World Series cuz I bet money on it at school.

since losing Nomar, the Sox have the best record in the majors.......if you didnt notice, nomar wasnt nomar this year. OC is a much better defensive shortstop, and then Doug (no way I'm even gonna try and spell his last name) is an incredible 1st baseman.....even tho Millar has been nasty this past series

If you were really a baseball fan, you'd know how much the Sox improved, and not just see that they "lost Nomar"

What a glorious victory, and incredible series (for both teams). The jobs not over yet though, Houston and St Louis are greatt teams, and its all for naught if we can't win the World Series.

And who came through the last 2 nights, Damon and Bellhorn. It just proves its all about the now. Damon's Disciples baby........

My sentiments. Except that I'm kind of undecided on whether the Red Sox should win, since they DID make the big mistake of trading Babe Ruth. BUT, they haven't won a World Series since 1918.

But the Cardinals really need to win, because my brother is wearing his Cardinals shirt and isn't taking it off until they win. (ew.) His superstitious side only comes out during baseball season.
