"Thoughts of an Emporer Penguin"

I am an emporer penguin
Respect my golden face
I am a waddling contradiction
I will swim in icy waters
We have sex in the wintertime
Unfortunate, how my mate leaves
So I balance an egg on my feet
For months
and months
and months
But, I guess the brief action was worth it
She's probably at sea getting a beak manicure
Nevertheless -
I am 3 feet tall
I am not the leader of my flock
Here we are in Antarctica
In a huddled mass of feathers
The Blistering wind makes my beak cold
Good thing I have a trusty coat of feathers
Although I dont like my current situation
It's not like I'm going to fly on out of here
I am an emporer penguin...
