But I never really hear it being called anything other than weed or chronic. Or just pot. But the first time I ever smoked, at the beginning of freshman year, the kids I was smoking with told me not to call it pot anymore. Even though I've heard smokers call it since then, I guess what those guys said just stuck, and I haven't called it pot since then.

Old people like to call it dope.

exactly, when using the term shoot up usually denotes herion, and most of the smack heads on the east coast call it dope.

however, you are not wrong mud, most old heads call it dope around here, but to the "younger" generation, dope can mean either pot or herion. but that lady at work was talking about herion
