if you ask me i think it is different. high, being where your laughing ur ass off for no reason and definate headchange. while being stoned, is where ur lazy and tired and dont wannt to do anything.

Stoned is when you feel totally lazy, sleepy, and utterly in chill mode.

Both are excellent. Im not sure how others rate it, but that is my opinion.

Stoned-got the munchies, but you can't be bothered to go to the kitchen, people shout at you and you just ignore it, even if it's right by your ear, fall asleep sitting on the toilet.

Maybe these are my experiences, but I am sure you must know what kind of mood I am talking about.
