I'm seeing that page a lot these last few minutes... only as I try to browse within the pages of AS.

How on earth did AS get an excessive amount of traffic?
There weren't many posts and no spam that I could find...

Possibly wasn't AS as such. There are "glitches" happen all the time.
hell, even my site gets odd errors now and then and i most definitly DON'T get much traffic.

Jelsoft is the company that owns vBulletin. vBulletin is the bulletin board format under license by Weasel and Co. for use with Almost Smart.
asmallorange has been the host for as long as I've been coming to AS. I first found out about it when I did a trace route on Almost Smart.
At first I thought it was AS Mall Orange. I was like, what's this? Is this AS Mall Orange another site that Weasel owns? And what the hell is a Mall Orange anyway?

keep in mind Weasel posted on front page that he had to disable GZip for the time being, this will slow things down a bit.
