those guys are pretty good.
one of the french guys who invented the sport (or at least made it popular) is a villain in the next james bond movie - there's reportedly going to be a sweet parkour chase scene through a construction site.

that is simply amazing if it pans out. I'm WAY to clumsy to even attempt this sport. EVER. thoug i can flip over jumgle gym bars and do cherry bombs and stuff but what girl never did that in elemntry school?

yeah, i can't either. running up walls and climbing and stuff i can do, but my weight really factors in when it comes to flips and acrobatic stunts. plus, smashing into the ground at 220lbs really hurts. those little dudes take a nasty spill and just laugh it off.

Wow... those guys are nuts. I especially liked the way they leapt/climed that tall-ass white brick wall. I wouldn't dare try something like that at my age; I'd probably shatter or splatter, but when I was much younger, my buds and I used to do something similarly crazy. We called it "mountain flying" and it consisted of climbing to the top of the tallest most boulder-strewn hills at the base of the Sandia Mountains and then RUNNING full speed downhill, barely bouncing off the highest boulders continuing the momentum until we reached flatter ground at the bottom. Once one started, it was impossible to stop, and one small fuckup would have been a catastrophe. Luckily, neither me or any of the crazies I used to hang out with ever did a faceplant into a 12000 lb granite boulder. LOL we even once did it at NIGHT (during a full moon)... while all on ACID!
In retrospect, I'm surprised that I'm here to talk about it...:ermm:

^He's doing well so far. Parkour is something I've always wished I could do. Unfortunately, I've not the body for it. That doesn't stop me from trying (and subsequently busting my ass for it). Ahh, the pleasures of drunken acrobatics.
Keep us posted on his improvements.
