Anyway, it seems that AS gets a little cranky when it comes to repping once in a while. I tried to rep you for something (I don't recall exactly what now... :ermm: ) but it said I couldn't cuz I had already repped you for something else recently. Wow liquid. Sounds like there's a grant out there for answering just that question. The "article" didn't say the English-speaking mind...just the "human" mind, though with an idiomatically-written language like Chinese, I doubt it would work.

Yes, I think that's just a "control" of sorts to keep you from overly rep'ing others. Personally, I think it's implying, "come on, do you really think that person deserves more rep.? Seriously? Just let it go, man. Let...it...go. Also, while you're at it, go outside. Loser."
