To all ye Almost Smartians,

In this epic, nearly Olympian struggle for victory, my competitors have fought bravely. Arguments were made; insults were thrown; Limericks were written, which created entirely new vocabulary for some. The questionable past of some was revealed.

In a climatic culmination of all latter toils, three competitors stood, braced for the ensuing combat. Victory was in view; The tension was a elevating. Then...

Uh...Well, two of the last players, kinda, um, well, tied, and so yeah...so then they both lost, I guess...uh, then I won as a result. Yeah, that's mostly how it went.

*clears throat*

considering time restraints, i had little other choice. had it been longer before i left, i would have done so.

there was no rule saying that a late reply would have a member disqualified.

in fact, i said previously that if an entrance is late or not made at all, then that contestant would be faced with a poll with nothing to back him/her up.

in this case, it didn't seem to make a difference.

i'm working on a method whereby people will be voting only for the celebrities, and not the person playing them, but it may not come into play until i'm back.
