And looking at yesterday's poll, we can see that the next celebrity to be voted off AS Survivor 2 is...

[dun dun dunnnn]

Demento as Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Sorry folks, looks like he won't be back afterall.

...

and moving away from the horribly predictable slaughtering of catchphrases, and onto the next round. start searching the closets, because it's time to pull out some dirt on everyone else.

in round 4, each of the remaining contestants [dustoff as william shatner, ziech as jesus, and zanahoria_picante as liv tyler] must dig up a piece of incriminating information on each of the other two celebrities.

but there's a catch: once the accusations have been posted [with links or some sort of valid proof], the celebrities have the chance to defend themselves, explaining whatever actions or deeds were put forward by the other contestants.

this means that each contestant will post on this thread twice, and twice only. if that means editing your post in order to include a defense statement against an entry that comes in after you have posted your first, then do so, but i don't want to see more than two posts per contestant.

just to clarify: this means that the accusers may not reply to the defense statement made by the accused. all you are allowed to post are your pieces of information, and your arguments in defense of what is said about you.

also, could i please ask other members to refrain from putting their two cents into this thread. while comments were allowed in previous ones, in this case it needs to be left up to the contestants to justify their claims, and defend their position on the game.

so, with all that in mind: get digging!

Hi again! Thanks for keeping me, Liv Tyler, in for another round! (looks nervously about for slow motion machines and blinding lights)

Having completed some extensive dirt-digging, I have come to the conclusion that my two opponents are shockingly more duplicitous than they seem.

“William Shatner” is not only the simple, awkward, tone-death, has-been actor that he appears to be. Oh no, his malice goes much deeper. He has also shunned his family’s trade, springing from 150 years of heritage.

“To seek his fortune as an actor, young William Shatner defied his parents, who wanted him to join the family garment business. ”
(Evidence (http://www.answers.com/topic/william-shatner) )

That’s right. Garments. He metaphorically tore them all to shreds and subsequently defiled a legacy that can be traced back to the 19th century.

“This interpretation appears plausible especially since several of the Schattners of the 19th century appear to have been in the garment business. ”(More Evidence (http://www.spectelresearch.com/PSchattner/Schattner.html) )

As for my “other” opponent, his own contradicting words are his undoing.

“How can someone with no reputable political background go from being a half-♣♣♣ed actor to governor of California? Yes I say half-♣♣♣ed; you seen any of his movies?”

“But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these; anger, rage, malice, slander, filthy language.” (Colossians 3:8)

If he really is who he says he is, then why isn’t he following these words? A great deal of anger, rage and malice are in his words (not to mention the filthy language). That’s because he’s notwho he says he is, and thus cannot be trusted. It can only be deduced that he is a false prophet of some sort.

I rest my case.

Did I mention my daddy was in Aerosmith?

(more evidence that I have far too much time on my hands... :ponder: )

I have to applaud my opponent. It appears the only real dirt on William Shatner is on these already found pages. Of course I'm should you could find a bunch of opinion pieces but those don't count.

She has done some nude scenes in her movies, but I'm sure there is a good excuse for her showing off her body. The lord probably will forgive this because she only did it once.

I guess sex and nudity is a fast way, but not pure way to climb to the top. As it appears she has done.

It seems to me that if your going to talk to a people using a foreign language doesn't work. As far as the "filthy language" those words have become quite acceptable in today's society. I would like to point out that I might have gone a bit over the top and sounded like an angry grunt; my only excuse is that I want to win. I'm not breaking any laws this time at least.

Where is my second Rebuttle? Is someone lacking in their duties? Mine was late yes? but come on.
Edit: Oh I see... You have a rebuttle/argument in one. Lazy, where is all the research you were supposed to have done?

Anyway, vote for Jesus. Keep me in the game.

I can't deny this evidence my opponent has presented; I've made some mistakes in the past. I succombed to what was asked of me and did things that were morally questionable. This incident, however, was not the reason for my career success. Perhaps it demonstrated how far I was willing to go to fulfill a role, but my career would've waned away if that's all it were based on. My career success is the result of determination and the honing of my acting skills through experience. I'm different now; I'm not that person anymore.

It appears that I have no second rebuttal. Is this a demonstration of apathy towards this competition perhaps? Eh? *tisk tisk*

Don't be obliv...ious...Vote for Liv...ious! (stretch... :ermm: )
